Close to 250 firms were evaluated in approximately 50 criteria, including revenue growth, profitability and profitability growth, human resources and staff issues, management of resources, rewards to others, and more. Fee size and location had no bearing on the selection. This is the result of a firm-wide, coordinated effort of the entire team at CDH.
